Fractional Chief Revenue Officer
Fractional Chief Revenue Officer for mid-market manufacturers. I've run five industrial companies across five continents. Now I parachute into yours and fix what's broken.
↓The talent is usually there. What's missing is the infrastructure: a sales process anyone actually follows, a CRM that reflects reality, territory design that makes sense, and a compensation structure that rewards the right behavior.
I've seen this pattern in companies from $50 million to $500 million in revenue, across manufacturing, industrial automation, capital equipment, and everything in between. The founder is still closing deals personally. There's no VP of Sales, or the last one didn't work out. The pipeline is a fiction. Revenue is flat despite a market that should be growing.
That's the situation I was built for.

Learn more →Go-to-market strategy built from the ground up, or rebuilt from what's not working. I've done this across five industries and three ownership types.
Learn more →Revenue growth plans that account for where the market is going, not just where it's been. Practical, not theoretical.

Learn more →Before I was a fractional CRO, I was a CEO. I ran businesses with 200-person sales teams, managed global restructurings, and delivered results to PE boards that had no patience for excuses. I know what it takes to meet the number because I've had to meet it myself.
What I found when I moved into fractional work was a gap in the market. Most consultants come in with frameworks and decks. They've never had their name on the door. They've never been the one responsible when a major account walked. I have, and that changes how I see the problem, and what I actually recommend.
I work through Chief Outsiders, the nation's largest fractional executive firm, and through my own practice, Xcelerate Consulting. I serve as a Senior Advisor at Dunes Point Capital. My clients are mid-market manufacturers and industrial companies in Ohio, Michigan, and across the country.
